WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., March 20, 2023 - Today, Harry’s Restaurant Group, one of the most prestigious restaurateurs in Manhattan, announces its revered Wall Street institution Harry’s and highly acclaimed Adrienne’s Pizzabar will make their South Florida debut in early May and late spring, respectively.

As the only extensions of these iconic New York City restaurants, the openings of both establishments are set to propel West Palm’s thriving culinary scene into a leading dining destination. Sharing a combined 11,000 square-foot indoor and outdoor space, patrons can intermingle between Harry’s and Adrienne’s Pizzabar where both experiences will burst with a lively atmosphere, aromatic smells and high-design interiors playing to each of the senses.

The renowned restaurants will open in West Palm Beach at the base of the iconic and industry-leading office building, 360 Rosemary, which is home to preeminent financial institutions and developed by Related Companies.

Harry’s will be reminiscent of New York’s Financial District with a fresh South Florida flair. Set to become the most sought-after culinary experience under the stewardship of Executive Chef Joseph Mallol, Harry’s West Palm will stay true to its New York roots with staple dishes like its famous beef wellington, 28 day in-house dry-aged steaks, house-made smoked Canadian bacon and performative tableside Cesar salad and steak tartare.

Beyond the kitchen, Harry’s is bringing the culinary elite to manage the experience across the board including its longstanding manager in New York, Ivan Mitankin, who will continue its hospitality legacy and oversee the extensive and unmatched wine list. Beyond wine, coveted whiskey lockers will be available through Harry’s exclusive membership.

Reflective of its Manhattan locale, the cocktail program is set to continue paying homage to historic bartender Harry Johnson who pioneered the Great American Bar in the late 1800’s, coincidently where the flagship Harry’s stands today. Guests will imbibe classic cocktails and Harry’s famous martinis.

“When I first visited downtown West Palm, it reminded me of downtown Manhattan’s glory days with a budding business community. It was an inspiring and promising location to open the only Harry’s and Adrienne’s outside New York,” said Peter Poulakakos. “It’s a monumental opening for both brands and a chance to execute a contemporary refresh while honoring our history. It means even more to have my dad, the one and only Harry, give his blessing and be an integral part of Harry’s next generation.”

Influenced by a trip to Rome in 2003, Frank Casano, Harry’s Restaurant Group partner, was inspired by the traditional Italian “espresso” bar concept that seamlessly morphs from day to night. Being the first to conceive a “pizza” bar concept and to honor Harry’s wife Adrienne, Casano and Poulakakos opened Adrienne’s Pizzabar, an upscale and lively pizza-meets-bar restaurant.

Adrienne’s Pizzabar will introduce The Palm Beach’s to the most revered pizza in town. At the helm of Adrienne’s Pizzabar will be Executive Chef Nick Angelis who now belongs in the pantheon of great New York pie men for mastering Neapolitan and Neapolitan-American pizza-making traditions and techniques.

Foodies will love Adrienne’s Pizza Modo Mio or ‘pizza my way” including famous Adrienne’s Original Sicilian, Adrienne’s Napoli 1889, and Adrienne’s Classic NYC Round.

Designed by award-winning firm ICRAVE, both Harry’s and Adrienne’s welcome guests with unique and fitting interiors. Harry’s with an opulent interior filled with warm golds, deep reds and distinguished gold lighting fixtures adorning an uplit bar, cozy dining booths and freestanding tables. The piece de resistance of Harry’s will be a grand mural vibrantly honoring and resembling the restaurant’s Wall Street location.

Adrienne’s welcomes you with a stunning 60-foot quartzite Bar and Pizza counter as its focal point. Soaring ceilings allow for a multilevel back bar on one wall and a massive 9 screen matrix tv on another. Live music on a platform stage tops off the design.

In true South Florida fashion, both restaurants will share a lush tropical patio enveloped in a canopy of trees and native flora.

“Welcoming Harry’s and Adrienne’s to The Square is the embodiment of West Palm Beach’s booming growth that’s not only attracting financial institutions but also culinary institutions,” said Gopal Rajegowda, partner, Related Southeast. “To have been chosen by this legendary family to expand its historical lineage of restaurants is a great honor and a monumental moment for the culinary excellence residing in West Palm.”

Harry’s and Adrienne’s Pizzabar are located at 360 S. Rosemary Ave. Adrienne's Pizzabar will be open from 11:30 am to 12 am Sunday through Wednesday and 11:30 am to 2:00 am. Thursday through Saturday via the website.
