Related Companies’ 360 Rosemary Celebrates Construction Milestone With Topping Out Ceremony

Scheduled to open by early 2021, the 20-story Class-A office building will solidify Downtown West Palm Beach as South Florida’s new center of commerce

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – September 23, 2020 – 360 Rosemary celebrated a commemorative topping out ceremony on September 21. Attendees included Related executives and dignitaries including Stephen Ross, Chairman of Related Companies; Kenneth Himmel, President & CEO of Related Urban; Bruce Warwick, Vice Chairman of Related Companies; Gopal Rajegowda, Partner of Related Southeast; Keith James, Mayor of the City of West Palm Beach; Dennis Grady, CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches; and Bob Moss, Moss Construction’s Chairman and Founder. During the event, the many individuals who have contributed to the project were recognized in a special speech led by Mayor James, Himmel and Ross.

The intimate ceremony represents a major construction milestone for the project’s continued progress with the final pour of concrete on its 20-story tower. Scheduled to be completed by early 2021, 360 Rosemary is a 300,000 sq. ft. LEED Gold-anticipated office building with 10,000 sq. ft. of outdoor space and wellness amenities located in Rosemary Square, a 72-acre dynamic shopping, dining and entertainment neighborhood in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach.

All passenger elevators are equipped with destination dispatch technology, smart window shades are activated automatically with sun-tracking technology, lighting systems use sensory detection to adjust brightness in accordance to the time of day and hands-free fixtures and appliances will be installed in the restrooms among several other touch-free experiences.

Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and Leo A. Daly, 360 Rosemary will bring world-class, connected and innovative workspaces to South Florida. The modern building features high-quality terracotta exteriors with flexible, loft-style office space and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize natural light. Outdoors, 10,000 sq. ft. of amenity space includes two water-view terraces that allow for an exceptional indoor and outdoor workplace environment.
