WEST PALM BEACH, FL – December 7, 2020 – Related Companies’ Rosemary Square announces an additional 27,000 square feet of retail and restaurant offerings, complementing its already comprehensive and diverse collection of brands spanning lifestyle fashion, home and design, innovative experiential shopping concepts and highly curated cultural exhibitions.

On the heels of recent openings from Yeti and lululemon, the distinct array of retailers coming this winter and spring includes: West Elm, the global design and lifestyle company; Lucid Motors, the innovative new luxury electric vehicle; Urban Outfitters, bringing its unique blend of clothing and lifestyle products; Faherty, a digitally native and sustainably minded apparel brand; Nantucket Whaler, a lifestyle apparel brand, known for its classic, well-crafted apparel and accessories inspired by the rich history of Nantucket Island; Solid & Striped, the designer swimwear and apparel collection for everything under the sun; and mint&rose, a contemporary shoe and accessory brand inspired by the Mediterranean spirit. These are the first stores in South Florida for Nantucket Whaler, Solid & Striped and mint&rose. All three stores are powered by Leap, a platform that develops and operates retail stores for modern brands.

Upcoming dining concepts joining Rosemary Square’s robust collection of restaurateurs, leading chefs and enviable interior design aesthetics include: Fish Bowl at High Dive, a pop-up seafood eatery serving light bites and drinks on a lush outdoor terrace, scheduled to open early December 2020; Pura Vida, providing juices and health-conscious sandwiches, soups and salads in a boho chic atmosphere, is scheduled to open December 2020; Bonita’s, a pop-up tacos and tostadas outpost; Barrio, a covered outdoor experience with food and drink based on classic Latin neighborhood street food and a full bar that celebrates the classics, with hints of craft cocktail elements from your favorite tropical destinations; Planta, an innovative plant-based restaurant expected to open early 2021; and True Food Kitchen, 6,000-square-foot, eco-chic restaurant specializing in health-conscious and seasonally inspired fare, is scheduled to open in mid-2021.
