Rosemary Square Welcomes Prominent New Restaurants

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – December 7, 2020 – Rosemary Square, an open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination developed by Related Companies in Downtown West Palm Beach, has announced a new lineup of restaurants by notable restaurateurs and leading chefs. The mix of new culinary offerings expands more than 16,000 square feet and includes a robust collection of first-of-its-kind concepts along with nationally recognized chains.

These new restaurant tenants speak to the experience, connection and health-consciousness that define our neighborhood.”

New-to-market concepts include Fish Bowl at High Dive, a pop-up seafood eatery by Chef Jeremy Bearman, former Executive chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Rouge Tomate in New York City. The outdoor-only concept scheduled to open in early December will offer quality small plates and drinks on a lush terrace. Barrio, Big Time Restaurant Group’s new culinary concept, is a covered outdoor experience with food and drink based on classic Latin neighborhood street food and a full bar that celebrates the classics, with hints of craft cocktail elements from your favorite tropical Latin destinations. Bonita’s is the next concept from Ricky & Niria Perez, the duo behind Zipitios. Serving tacos, tostadas, and other treats, the pop up location is anticipated to open by the end of the year across from H&M along Rosemary Avenue.

Regional Miami-based restaurants such as the health-conscious Pura Vida scheduled to open December 2020 has selected Rosemary Square as their first opening location outside of the city, while the innovative plant-based Planta restaurant expected to open in early 2021 will mark the only location outside of Miami in Florida. Nationally recognized, eco-chic True Food Kitchen is scheduled to open a 6,000-square-foot, restaurant specializing in health-conscious and seasonally inspired fare in 2021.

The new offerings continue to build on the success of current Rosemary Square restaurants including highly acclaimed Restoration Hardware’s RH Café; The Regional Kitchen and Public House led by James Beard-nominated chef Lindsay Autry; and City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill by Big Time Restaurant Group.

Rosemary Square currently has more than 800 outdoor seats at the restaurants across the neighborhood as well as nearly 200 outdoor seating options in public areas where guests may enjoy takeout from their favorite eateries. The 72-acre district is home to large-scale art installations, murals and performances that can all be experienced will sitting outside. Visitors can overlook the mesmerizing The Wishing Tree while sitting in the City Cellar terrace, enjoy the serene sounds of Water Pavilion West Palm while dining at Il Bellagio or take in the neighborhood’s artwork, such as Chalk & Brush’s striking mural next to Sur La Table, over Starbucks coffee at a table under an umbrella.
