True Food Kitchen Now Open at Rosemary Square

West Palm Beach, FL — July 30, 2021 – True Food Kitchen, the award-winning, seasonally-inspired restaurant and craft bar, opens today for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch at the epicenter of West Palm Beach’s bustling Rosemary Square. The chef-lead restaurant will open with its summer menu featuring bright, flavor-forward signature dishes and a lineup of creative craft cocktails from the restaurant’s scratch bar. True Food Kitchen West Palm Beach marks the restaurant brand’s fourth in Florida and the 39th to date, and a robust pipeline of growth and development in 2022 and beyond.

THE MENU

Co-founded by integrative medicine expert, Dr. Andrew Weil, True Food Kitchen’s seasonal menu is guided by the principles of his anti-inflammatory food pyramid – focusing on nutrient-dense ingredients and a flavor-forward menu designed to optimize long-term health. With thoughtful preparations to highlight the natural benefits and flavors of each ingredient, the restaurant offers nutrient-dense staples, responsibly sourced proteins, and little-known superfoods. With Executive Chef Miguel Toro Franco at the helm, the Rosemary Square location will open with its summer menu with standout dishes including the Vegan Double Cheeseburger, gluten-friendly Tuna Lettuce Cups, vegan Spinach & Mushroom Pizza and Avocado Key Lime Pie, a seasonal vegan dessert option. The restaurant also offers a scratch bar featuring freshly pressed juices, organic teas, and natural refreshers, such as the seasonal Watermelon Lemonade and Sparkling Peach Tea. A selection of beer, wine and handcrafted cocktails containing organic and gluten-free spirits are also available. Signature cocktails include the Citrus Skinny Margarita along with seasonal selections such as the Watermelon Mojito, Peaches & Bourbon, and Dragon Fruit Margarita.

THE SPACE

Boasting a vibrant atmosphere, True Food at Rosemary Square consists of a spacious 6,043-square-foot dining room and 1,664-square-foot outdoor patio with views over Rosemary Square’s lawn and beloved art installations from the interactive Water Pavilion to the Wishing Tree, a 32-foot-tall banyan tree that lights up the night. In addition, an open kitchen brings guests closer to the culinary craft and a full-service bar serves hand-crafted cocktails and beverages.

The restaurant utilizes eco-friendly materials including dining chairs made of recycled soda bottles to further their promise to nourish the body and nurture the planet, as well as natural elements such as an earthy color scheme, greenery and garden basins filled with fresh herbs and spices. The eatery also features locally inspired artwork by Chalk & Brush, a local art duo whose installations are widely celebrated throughout Rosemary Square. Drawing from the best of Florida’s colorful style and design, the husband-and-wife artist and design team created handcrafted murals that marry the spirit of True Food Kitchen and its plant-forward bounty with a lush, tropical South Florida vibe throughout the lively restaurant and cocktail bar.

True Food Kitchen in West Palm Beach is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome and reservations via OpenTable begin today.
