What started out as a pop-up concept has blossomed into much more than just a garden store.
The Garden Shoppe, co-founded by Master Gardener Mike Kane and artist Sarah LaPierre, is retail garden destination that offers locally grown produce, indoor & outdoor plants, herbs, and artwork. However through its weekly educational workshops, The Garden Shoppe has grown a devoted following of plant enthusiasts, art lovers, and seekers of positive vibes who attend gatherings such as Farm Your Yard and Veggies and Herbs 101 workshops, raw food talks, open mic nights, and monthly painting classes.
Through The Garden Shoppe, Mike raises funds for his local non-profit, Palm Beach Farmyards, whose mission is to turn food deserts into food forests by creating robust fruit and vegetable garden in area of need.
