What to expect:

Welcome + introduction & grounding exercise, light seated movement, meditative journaling, and breathwork with our community expert.

What to bring:

  • Bring something to sit on like a yoga mat, cushion or blanket
  • Pen + journal
  • Dress comfortably
  • Pre-registration is required for entry

About the hosts:

María Virginia accompanies women through life’s transitions by aiming to support the mind-body integration and connection waiting to come forth through them. She is a mother to two beautiful children, an Acupuncture Physician, doula (DONA), and childbirth educator specializing in comprehensive reproductive wellness and non-pharmacological pain management. Together with her husband and colleague, they lead a holistic medical practice in West Palm Beach, FL.
