New Wave Art Wknd

Launching December 6, New Wave Art Wknd is a free public event designed to showcase the flourishing contemporary art scene in South Florida. 

This year's event will feature a free public panel from 4:00-5:00pm at CityPlace centered on The Gift of Public Art. Inspired by this year's theme, Unity and Community, the discussion will focus on the generous spirit of art created for public engagement. Naomi Fisher, Antonia Wright, Sam Giarratani (TBC) and Gopal Rajegowda (TBC) will join Sybille Canthal, Director of Arts, Culture and Community Building for the City of West Palm Beach to discuss the ethos behind their public art practices and its importance in the contemporary art landscape.
