Moody Tongue Sushi, the world's first brewery to receive Two MICHELIN Stars, is excited to introduce a new world-class dining experience in South Florida. Located within an intimate space in the newly renovated Hilton West Palm Beach, acclaimed Brewmaster Jared Rouben and Executive Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri have designed a hyper-seasonal 15-course omakase menu with an optional curated beer pairing from the renowned culinary brewery. Signature courses will highlight selections such as Hokkaido Sea Scallop, served with edamame and ossetra caviar, paired with a Pressed Asian Pear Saison; or, a decadent Florida Stone Crab Hand Roll, adorned with green apple and sauce dijonnaise, paired with a Cherry Oud Bruin.
